Chelsea's transfer ban appeal will not be heard until after the summer transfer window.

Despite filing their appeal last month, the Blues have not requested for the Court of Arbitration for Sport to freeze the ban.

Now the CAS has released a list of 18 cases to be heard over the summer - and Chelsea's has not been included.

The Sun claims Chelsea will look to have the ban cut in half, which will allow them to make signings in January.

They will argue that the punishment of not being able to register players in the summer is far more significant.
