Zidane is currently sitting behind Thibaut Courtois, Keylor Navas and Andriy Lunin in the pecking order at the Santiago Bernabéu.

Villarreal Unveil Alberto Moreno

La Liga side Villarreal have announced the arrival of former Liverpool left-back Alberto Moreno on a free transfer.

Despite being notably linked with his hometown side Sevilla, Villarreal have confirmed that Moreno will move to the Estadio de la Cerámica on a five-year contract.

He'll link up with former Premier League stars Santi Cazorla and Vicente Iborra.

Everton's €35m Malcom Bid

Sure, Everton to Everton would be a great story. Everyone knows that, but Malcom wouldn't be too bad either. I know, I know, he wasn't even in Brazil's Copa America squad, let alone the tournament's top scorer, and his name isn't the same as the club's, but still, he's a decent enough player.

Well that's my pitch, lads. And if it didn't work, well tough, because according to RMC Sport, this could be a goer, especially with Arsenal being the Toffees' nearest rival in negotiations - cuz, you know, they have no money

Fenerbahce in for Ozil

With the done deals yet to surface this morning, let's get down and dirty with a good ol' rumour. And this is a doozy. Arsenal fans, get ready. The salvation you crave may be just around the corner, because - yes, don't wipe your eyes - Fenerbahce might just be the only team around willing to take Mesut Ozil off your hands. They have a plan and everything!

Yep, according to Turkish publication Fanatik, the Istanbul side are plotting a move for Mesut this summer, but there is a kicker, in that, as it stands, it looks like this will only be a loan offer, and maybe even one where the Gunners pay a fair few of his wages... though the Turks do have €9.5m of the €15m required ready and waiting.

Which is what we'll be doing, patiently, until we find out more
